Course Fees: $1050 ($850 Course Fee, plus $200 Studio Fee). $200 deposit due by April 17, 2022. Early bird discount ($100 off) if deposit is received by March 17, 2022.

This course is the prerequisite to enter the Gyrotonic Foundation Course en route to becoming a Certified Gyrotonic Trainer. Most Level 1 exercises will be covered. All participants must have some experience with the Gyrotonic method before entering the course. This course can also be taken for self-fulfillment, to become well-versed enough to practice the Gyrotonic method independently, and/or as an update course for certified trainers.

The Gyrotonic Pre-Training course will enable students to take their practice to the next level. Because the course is several hours per day over 6 days, students will go deeply into the finer points of the Gyrotonic method that many times cannot be fully covered in shorter, non-consecutive sessions. The Pre-trainer will also demonstrate the hands on cues with each student in order to fine-tune and deepen the kinesthetic experience.
