Getting Started

We recommend starting with our Introductory Package and then deciding which package or membership option works for you! For the month of June we are also offering an Intro Series of Group Equipment Classes.

Option 1: Introductory Private Package: $200 (one time only)
Three Private Sessions to learn the basics.

Option 2: Limited Time: Intro to Gyrotonic Equipment Class Series: $120 for 4 classes
Learn the basics of the Gyrotonic method and how to set up the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower to optimize your particular needs. This class will run for the month of June and will teach basic concepts, movements, and breathing patterns/techniques that correlate with the movements. This class is taken as a series of 4 and is a prerequisite in order to join the “All Levels” class. Only offered in January, May and September.

All sessions and classes are 55 min. unless otherwise noted. Longer training sessions are available by request.

Private Sessions

Introductory Package: $200 for 3 Private Sessions plus consult (one time only)
Package of 4 Private Sessions: $340
Package of 8 Private Sessions: $680
Membership: Starting at $250/month depending on membership type

Duet Sessions

Drop in: $50 (per person)
Package of 4 Duet Sessions: $184
Package of 8 Duet Sessions: $360
Membership: Starting at $116/month depending on membership type
