Course Fees: $750 ($550 Course Fee, plus $200 Studio Fee). $200 deposit due by February 14, 2022. Early bird discount ($50 off) if deposit is received by January 14, 2022.

This course is the prerequisite to enter the Gyrokinesis Foundation Course en route to becoming a Certified Gyrokinesis Trainer. All Level 1 Gyrokinesis exercises from the 60 Minute Format will be covered as well as some of the exercises from the 90 Minute Format. All participants must have some experience with the Gyrokinesis method before entering the course. This course can also be taken for self fulfillment and/or to be able to practice Gyrokinesis independently with confidence and skill.
